A Kindness Story A Waffle House customer contacted us about the kind way they were treated at a waffle house in Duluth, GA by an employee named Ms. Merit Youssef. It seems the customer went to have breakfast with his elderly father. This customer reported that on the way in, his father picked up a pamphlet about working at Waffle and was reading it at the table. Ms. Youssef went up to the table, said good morning and with a big simile asked the father, "are you going to apply for a job here". The customer said they all had a big laugh and further commented to us that Ms. Youssef was the best waitress that ever waited on them. Good employees are hard to find, should be recognized, reported and valued for their kindness and that exactly what we did. As you can see Kindness does work, and we hope Ms. Youssef always has that beautiful simile/ Merit, may all your days be filled with Kindness.
